The Arai VX-PRO & XD helmets comes in 3 shell sizes, this means that 2 helmet sizes will share the same size shell. (ex. Sizes Md and Lg will share the MEDIUM shell size and only differ in the thickness of the comfort liner and cheek pads) So to achieve the perfect fit, Arai offers four different thicknesses per shell size to fully customize the fit of your Arai.

Note: The thicker the comfort liner is, the tighter the helmet will be.
